About This Grant:
Peer-Led Tobacco Cessation Training at Unlimited Solutions Clubhouse is an evidence-based intervention program that will target PCHC patients struggling with tobacco dependence and mental illness. Our innovative approach will be implemented at Unlimited Solutions Clubhouse, Penobscot Community Health Cre's community-based, social/vocational program for people with mental illness.
