Julia is a native of Yarmouth and has lived in Portland since graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She joined the team in 2016, bringing a passion for endurance events and background in event management and marketing.
Program Manager - Collective Impact
Heather oversees Maine’s Impact Cancer Network, a collective impact initiative. She holds a MPH from George Washington University and has worked 10+ years in public health. She is usually found outside running, biking, hiking, or walking her dog.
Annual Giving Manager
Ashley joined the Community Engagement team at MCF in 2017 with broad experience in donor relations, communications, and fundraising. She holds her MBA from University of Southern Maine. She lives in Windham with her husband and 2 children.
Director of Finance and Operations
A proud County native, Kelly joined MCF in 2006 after a career in medical research. Her advanced skills in database management, communications, and a diverse array of non-profit operations guide the organization's internal management strategy.
Program Manager - Grantmaking
Katelyn administers MCF’s grantmaking activities. Prior to joining the Foundation, she held various nonprofit roles in grant writing, development, communications, and youth engagement. She lives in Portland with her husband.
Community Outreach Manager
Ray assists in driving community engagement, outreach, education, and advocacy on behalf of MCF. He brings extensive experience working with various groups, individuals and businesses to the team. He lives in Portland with his wife and daughter.
Interim Executive Director/ Director of Programming
Aysha serves as the Interim Director while overseeing MCF’s grantmaking and programmatic initiatives. A registered nurse with a MPH degree, she is passionate about public health in Maine. She lives in South Portland with her husband and 3 children.
