About This Grant:
The One-by-One, CRC Screening and Navigation Project will partner with the Community Para-medicine program of NorthStar Emergency Medical Services throughout Franklin County, bringing colorectal cancer education and non-invasive screening options to individuals in the security of their own homes. Year One will focus on 1:1 engagement while Year Two will branch into school systems, businesses and worksites. The program will pilot the business challenge with FCHN employees, and add area worksites, one-by-one.
