About This Grant:
Northern Light A.R. Gould Cancer Care’s project will provide dedicated support for patient transportation needs and establish a program to improve coordination amongst our practice and local service providers to maximize our patients’ utilization of all the services available to them. We will also use transportation as a conduit to help address the other social determinants of health impacting cancer patients in Aroostook County.
