About This Grant:
The MaineHealth Cancer Care Network (MHCCN) supports oncology practices and patients across MaineHealth and its affiliated institutions. Recognizing the challenges posed by Maine’s rural landscape and significant low-to-middle-income population, MHCCN addresses the growing need for transportation and lodging services. Through this funding and well-developed system, the network reduces the financial and emotional burdens of travel for essential cancer care and treatment.
