About This Grant:
LGBTQ+ individuals in Maine experience higher rates of cancer and get fewer screenings than their non-LGBTQ+ peers. Maine's Impact Cancer Network's LGBTQ+ Task Force aims to reach more members of the LGBTQ+ community, through the Portland and Hallowell Pride events, to provide resources and recommendations for evidence-based cancer screenings available to them.
