About This Grant:
Through this grant, York County Community Action Corporation will be providing dedicated transportation services for cancer patients. The program is available to all York County residents who have a cancer diagnosis and need transportation services to treatment(s) and related appointments. It is intended to eliminate the transportation barrier for cancer care for residents with the greatest need.
