About This Grant:
York County Community Action Corporation is seeking funding support for two years from Maine Cancer Foundation so that we may continue to provide dedicated transportation services for those most vulnerable to this terrible disease. The program is available to all York County residents who have a cancer diagnosis and need transportation services to treatment(s) and related appointments. In most instances, our services provide the only option for these individuals to get to their appointments.
