About This Grant:
Through this project, York County Community Action Corporation will operate Connecting to Cancer Care in 2018 and 2019. The program is available to residents of York County, Maine, who have a cancer diagnosis and need transportation to treatment and related appointments, who do not have access to any other transportation options.
