Tobacco Prevention, Education, and Cessation Support for Adults in Androscoggin County

About This Grant:

Healthy Androscoggin, in collaboration with the Dempsey Center, will expand our tobacco treatment and cessation efforts to increase sustainability, capacity, and involvement with the community by increasing our quit support programs and groups through improved relationships with work-sites and the community-at-large.

The goal of this two-year project is to maximize the impact on lowering tobacco use rates and subsequently, lung cancer rates in Androscoggin County.
