About This Grant:
The MidCoast Cancer Care Transportation Network provides transportation for cancer patients who have limited or no access to transportation and are not eligible for MaineCare-subsidized services. Transportation is offered in two ways to support patients’ cancer care: (1) arranged rides through the MCPT agency or volunteer drivers, and (2) mileage reimbursement when self-driving is cost-prohibitive or when a friend or family member provides the ride.
