Maine Lung Cancer Coalition - 2nd Generation

About This Grant:

The Maine Lung Cancer Coalition (MLCC) is a statewide, multi-sector partnership working to reduce the burden of lung cancer in Maine. MLCC leads activities in four essential areas: research and data analysis, clinical practice and quality improvement, policy and advocacy, and implementation and messaging.

As the 5-year grant with major funding from Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation and Maine Cancer Foundation concludes, this project will serve as bridge funding for the MLCC to transition from a large program grant with a specific scope of work to a Collective Impact model with a small backbone staff and multidisciplinary work groups to address short and long-term goals.
