About This Grant:
The vision of Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County is that no one in Waldo County need die nor grieve alone. We provide non-medical support to those facing the end of life as good neighbors would. Our mission is to provide free, confidential, non-medical support and assistance to those at the end of life, their families, the bereaved and related education within the community. For those facing a life threatening diagnosis of cancer, we are present whether or not they are still actively seeking treatment.
