About This Grant:
Kennebec Behavioral Health will implement tobacco cessation efforts with Kennebec Behavioral Health's Clubhouses, whose members are adults who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. Funding will provide 100 additional tobacco cessation kits for new and existing members of Clubhouse looking to stop using tobacco products. Tobacco cessation kits provided through this grant would include a fidget spinner, journal, printed wristband, chewing gum, sugar-free mints, a cost of smoking slider calculator, and educational materials; these kits have helped members and even a few staff to make great progress in their tobacco cessation.
