About This Grant:
AKHSS will develop and conduct a needs assessment to better understand cancer screening rates for adults in the immigrant, refugee, asylum seeker, and BIPOC communities. Cancer screenings to be included: breast, cervical, colorectal, lung. Data gathered from this needs assessment will inform future grant applications that address cancer screenings among the immigrant, refugee, asylum seeker, and BIPOC communities in Maine.
