About This Grant:
Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital is establishing an outreach education and navigation program to increase the number of eligible adults to complete on-time, recommended breast care screenings. The goal of this project is to increase mammography screenings, prevention, early detection, access to care and education for adults between the ages of 50 and 74 years old, with an additional goal of decreasing wait times for follow-up breast biopsy procedures.
