About This Grant:
The 30-Day Alcohol Reset Challenge is an alcohol-specific worksite wellness program aligned with the Sober October movement. The program supports participants, especially women, in adopting healthier drinking patterns, increasing awareness of alcohol-related cancer risks, and providing employers with a blueprint for integrating alcohol prevention into worksite wellness efforts.
This evidence-informed pilot project is grounded in research showing that participation in month-long abstinence challenges, such as Sober October, may be associated with healthier drinking behaviors and increased drug refusal self-efficacy.
