About This Grant:
York Hospital’s nonprofit mission is to enhance the health and wellness of the communities we serve. For nearly two decades, the hospital has provided free transportation to and from medical appointments, offering over 1,000 rides per year for cancer patients. As the hospital is no longer able to cover 100% of these costs, this project will use grant funding to continue providing free roundtrip rides to all oncology patients facing transportation barriers to treatment.
