About This Grant:
Maine Association for New American’s Trauma-Informed and Multilingual Transportation program helps immigrant cancer patients access healthcare, including screenings and treatments. With 90% of requests coming from non-English-speaking asylum seekers, the multilingual team—85% immigrants themselves—provides both transportation and emotional support. This project will serve 50-70 individuals over two years
