About This Grant:
This project will work with the medical and prevention staff at Mid Coast Hospital’s new Center for Community Health & Wellness to provide group tobacco treatment sessions. Funding would be used to train current specialists in group techniques, create and pilot eight group sessions over two years, increase provider and community awareness, and creating a billing system that will sustain the service in the future.
