About This Grant:
Pine Tree Hospice is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to providing compassionate, free, non-medical support to individuals and families facing life-limiting conditions, caregiving challenges, or grief. We offer practical assistance, emotional support, education, and resources through a trained network of volunteers. Our programs include in-home support including companionship and respite for caregivers, transportation, bereavement programming, and community education on end-of-life and grief topics.
