About This Grant:
Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County is a nonprofit hospice organization providing free, volunteer-driven support to individuals facing life-limiting illness and to their families. Services include patient companionship, caregiver respite, individual and group grief support, community education on topics such as Advance Care Planning, and access to free medical equipment through a loaner program. Their mission is to enhance the lives of those experiencing illness, grief, and loss by offering compassionate, cost-free care and comfort.
