About This Grant:
Community Concepts Inc.’s (CCI) Cancer Patient Support Fund will provide timely, one-time financial assistance to cancer patients receiving services through CCI or working at CCI and living in Androscoggin, Oxford, and Franklin Counties. Staff may request up to $500 per patient to address urgent basic needs, such as housing, food, transportation, medical expenses, and utilities, helping patients access care and reduce financial stress. Awards will be limited to one per patient to maximize the number of individuals served across Western Maine.
