About This Grant:
Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine, together with Maine's Impact Cancer Network's Survivorship Task Force, will create a multimedia cancer survivorship public service announcement which will be disseminated through a variety of marketing channels, including TV, radio, social media, and print. This content can also be utilized by other cancer related organizations and community partners to enhance the understanding of cancer survivorship. This project will help individuals affected by cancer understand what cancer survivorship is and how to initiate a conversation with their healthcare provider about their care, identify resources that are available to them in their communities in order to help them live their best lives with, though, and beyond cancer.
