Sarah's House Provides Vital Support For Maine Cancer Patients

April's WMTW highlight features one of our long-standing grantees, Sarah's House of Maine. Sarah's House offers a place to stay for patients and caregivers as people seek cancer treatment in Penobscot County. Many Mainers face significant barriers to cancer care. Thanks to Sarah's House, Maine cancer patients have saved more than 1 million miles on the road. Since 2017, Maine Cancer Foundation has provided Sarah's House with more than $130K in funding to support their efforts.
