Investing in Cancer-Free ME

With this funding, Maine Public Health Association (MPHA) will research and develop a comprehensive cancer prevention toolkit for public health professionals. This toolkit will offer a general overview, with a focus on policymakers, of disease prevention strategies and evidence-based policies and programs aimed at preventing cancer and reducing incidence in Maine. Additionally, MPHA will provide public health professionals with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills through a series of annual workshops to effectively utilize the toolkit in their advocacy efforts.
