About This Grant:
The purpose of the Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine's Access to Cancer Care through Transportation pilot project is to: assess the current community based transportation services, identify opportunities for community collaborations, develop a marketing/outreach plan and materials and provide funding for access to cancer treatment, care and support for cancer patients in Oxford County.
