Andy Patstone is Senior Vice President for System Development at MaineHealth. In this role she is responsible for working with Boards of Trustees and leadership teams to ensure MaineHealth member organizations to get the best value possible from their relationship with our health system.
Andy’s career has spanned the government, corporate and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining MaineHealth she served as Chief Operating Officer for human services in the state of Massachusetts, where she was responsible for human resources, social service purchasing, real estate and facility management, and information technology operations for a $14.1billion agency. Prior to serving in government, Andy was part of the Health and Government Strategy Group of Accenture, a global consulting firm.
Andy is passionate about leadership and leadership development; inclusion and equality of opportunity; and gardening and cooking with her four year old son, Nathan.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Yale College and a Masters of Public Policy from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
