RECQL4 Protein-Protein Interactions in Human Osteosarcoma Cell Lines

The specific objective of this research is to identify RECQL4 protein binding partners in the osteosarcoma cell lines, SAOS-2 and U2OS, using isotope-coded affinity tag (ICAT) proteomics technology. Identification of RECQL4 interacting proteins will allow the identification of putative molecular mechanisms for better understanding of the role of RECQL4 in bone biology and oseosarcoma development.
