Cancer Transportation

Rural transportation is an invaluable service to those diagnosed with cancer. Transportation is not only a critical link to essential lifesaving treatment; it is a key factor contributing to the independence and well-being of patients.  Community Concepts utilizes over 170 volunteer drivers that transport patients to and from treatment.
