About This Grant:
This funding will allow Aroostook County Action Program's tobacco prevention specialists to collaborate with local hospitals to provide smoking cessation to patients referred by primary care physicians and other departments including cardiac rehab and respiratory. These patients will have been screened for readiness to quit before referral.
