About This Grant:
Community Concepts will provide free rides with door-to-door support to cancer patients living in rural areas of Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin counties. Transportation is addressed in several ways (utilizing volunteer drivers, taxis, agency vehicles, and friend/family reimbursement) in order to meet individual needs and provide services as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
